The Westphalian bakery Niehaves combines tradition with modern technology: digital processes and new systems increase efficiency, create future-proof jobs and contribute to climate protection. NRW.BANK supported investments in digitalisation and sustainability with low-interest loans from several promotional programmes.
Seniorenzentrum Süssendell
Seniorenzentrum Süssendell in Stolberg is a retirement home for people with dementia. The residents shop, cook or sew together. The new building of AWO Mittelrhein was funded by the NRW.BANK.Infrastruktur programme.
TRIALOG Hilden
The cooperative housing project TRIALOG Hilden has been offering barrier-free, affordable housing for all generations since 2022. Built to the KfW40+ standard, it combines climate protection with a strong sense of community. NRW.BANK supported the project with housing promotion funds.
BOGESTRA
The new Variobahn trams of Bochum-Gelsenkirchener Straßenbahnen AG offer more comfort, safety and accessibility. To finance the 42 wagons, BOGESTRA used syndicated financing from NRW.BANK and the NRW.BANK.Infrastruktur programme.
