As of December 31, 2010, NRW.BANK has 1,224 employees at its head offices in Düsseldorf and Münster, 809 work in Düsseldorf and 415 in Münster. The percentage figure of female staff is 49,51%.
NRW.BANK continues to hire new staff, paying particular attention to the recruitment of experienced specialists as well as highly qualified junior employees. For this purpose, the Bank maintains close contacts with various universities in North Rhine-Westphalia and makes use of state-of-the-art communications media.
